Terms of Service
These terms are maintained by Sondey Advisory Group and describe how our services and this website work. They are provided for clarity and are not legal advice.
Scope of Services
Sondey Advisory Group provides private strategic advisory and family advocacy services to individuals and families navigating addiction and recovery. Our role is to help you understand options, evaluate outcomes, coordinate resources, and build a plan.
We do not make decisions on your family's behalf, and engaging us does not create any professional relationship other than an advisory one.
What We Do Not Provide
We do not provide medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or emergency services, and we do not guarantee specific treatment outcomes.
Clients should continue working with licensed healthcare professionals and emergency services whenever appropriate. In an emergency, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Use of This Website
Content on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice. Reading it does not create an advisory relationship.
You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, or that interferes with its operation or other visitors' use of it.
Engagements and Fees
Advisory engagements begin through our Client Gateway and are governed by the client agreement provided during onboarding. That agreement controls where it differs from this page.
Fees are stated in advance. Scheduled sessions that are missed or cancelled on short notice may be billed as described in your client agreement.
Independence
We accept no commissions, referral fees, or outside incentives from treatment providers. Any professional we suggest is suggested because we believe it serves your family's interest.
Intellectual Property
The Sondey Method™, The Sondey Strategic Roadmap™, and the content of this website are the property of Sondey Advisory Group and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sondey Advisory Group is not liable for decisions made by clients, third parties, or providers, or for outcomes related to treatment or recovery.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the current version.
